Hello! I’m Jen Teruel.

I am a woman on a mission to help people going through a life change (i.e. separation/divorce) know how to do it right, while maintaining their health and sanity.  I’m also a theme park enthusiast, beauty product junkie, and love to connect people!

I decided to start Redefine U back in 2007, after I noticed how many people around me were unhappy in their relationships, including me! It took me a decade to really get it start moving and focus on next steps. So, I’m building this network so that you can self-heal with the right steps and divorce resources.
